Well my lovelies, I hate to admit it, but it has come to this:
An overcrowded, overloaded horrible mess! I've been so busy these last months that I couldn't take the time to get organized, so I just ignored it until yesterday when something just snapped and I couldn't stand it anymore! so I went out and got some good size storage boxes and I carefully packed up all the supplies I seldom use (which was A LOT) down they go to the laundry room, stacked up and easy to reach when needed.
Then once all that was cleared out, I completely re organized and tidied up EVERYTHING! it took the whole day and evening but it was totally worth it! I can breath again...!
I'm especially fond of my new re-purposed box, perfect for holding my postcards and business cards

There's something so fantastic about starting the year with a tidy studio, isn't there? Yours looks lovely!

Wow, you really did a great job there. Looks like a wonderful room to get some creative work done in.

Love it! Makes me want to run right upstairs and tackle my sewing room... which will have to wait another couple weeks! Thanks for sharing :)

Very inspiring! I'm redecorating and reorganizing our office/craft/sewing room and love to see where other creative people work. Merci for sharing.

Soon you will expand to your own studio...I can tell! I went from a huge barn that I had when my kids were young to my weenie studio in my shop which is tiny to begin with! But I have a storage area, like you have your laundry room.Thank heavens! It looks great....:)----<

Oh my gosh.... you are my absolute freaking hero! Hee hee hee! :) I wish I could do this! Sadly I've had sick kiddos at home off and on for the last 2 weeks and I'm just trying to keep the rest of the house clean and germ free! Maybe February? Looks awesome darlin' hope you are having fun being extra creative in your newly found pleasant place. Cheers! T. :)

Funny - the same thing happens to me after a busy holiday season - one day I just can't stand it anymore! I love your bins with aqua lids. Where did you find those?
(anything to make organizing a more cheerful project!)

Thank you for the lovely comments, I just want to add that unfortunately this is not my whole room...rather the back wall of the dining room...I wish I did have a whole room to myself!

Wow. It's gorgeous! Can I say how jealous I am that you have such a huge space to yourself? Love that there are some nice big tables to work on, too. Looks lovely! So bright and colorful. On another note, I was introduced to you when my sister-in-law gave me a bracelet of yours for Christmas this year (which has quickly become a favorite) and I am so excited to have found you and your work. I can't wait to be the proud owner of more pieces from you and keep up with your blog!
