Sorry my lovelies for not being the best blogger lately, we are having a wonderfully busy season in the shop and still have a few more days of madness to go, I love every second of it so keep it coming!

I took these photos on Sunday, trying out a new camera and finally had a few hours all to myself, it was pure peace and hapiness. I'm reading the new P.D. James book "Death comes to Pemberley" looove it! did you know P.D. James is 90!!! amazing!

Rose Headbands and New Holiday Hair Accessories

I am happy to introduce the new Rose Headband Collection available for a limited time and limited quantities in the children's shop.  Some of you might remember my Fairy Crowns, the new headbands are a similar version without the tulle with an easy to wear satin covered headband fitted with tiny little comfy rubber "feet" for extra cushioning, although they are in the kids shop they are suitable for any age.

NYC

We spent a wonderful time in NYC this Thanksgiving, it was a fun, relaxed and a well needed family vacation.

We sew a fascinating exhibition at the Gugenheim, by Maurizio Catellan that left us with a lot to think about

on the way back home we visited the DIA Beacon Art Center I really recommend it! if you are in the area you must go!

We had and amazing Japanese dinner at Sun Chan check it out here  and some really yummy cup cakes at Crumbs

we visited the new Marimekko shop, it was so beautiful! my parents adored Marimekko so my sister and grew up surrounded by the fabrics and furnishings, my dad wore and still wears their striped shirts and my mom had dresses with big bold Flowers! it was like stepping into my childhood.
