I was going through my Flickr photos and found this set of food photos I took over the last few years, it's pretty remarkable how most of my memories have something to do with food...
And here is an easy peasy recipe for fresh Zucchini salad:
4 med. size zucchinis (wash and dry)
use your vegetable peeler to peel thin strips until you get to the middle core which you then discard, I peel them on all 4 sides for nice strips that have a bit of dark green on the sides (see top right photo).
Dress with olive oil, sprinkle some coarse salt and pepper and Voila! kids love it too!!

Food is such a symbol of a culture, and to get to know someone people typically share a meal together at some point. I love that food is such a part of our lives yet sometimes we don't even know it!

Haha at first glance I thought the top middle said "Apple Fart" *giggle* Anyway, those macaroons look divine! I've always wanted to try to make some, but the recipe looks so complicated
